PURPOSE: A producing method of concentrated sugar liquid using edible sodium bicarbonate and a coffee extract is provided to remove the bitter taste of molten sugar liquid. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of concentrated sugar liquid comprises the following steps: inserting 69.89~79.88wt% of sugar, and heating; adding 0.14~0.18wt% of edible sodium bicarbonate to the sugar liquid, for forming first concentrated sugar liquid; adding 19.94~29.97wt% of coffee extract to the first concentrated sugar liquid for forming second first concentrated sugar liquid; pouring the second first concentrated sugar liquid, and pressing with a pressing plate to obtain a platy concentrated sugar liquid candy; and pressing a pattern plate to the concentrated sugar liquid candy. |
