PURPOSE: A flow control valve is provided to simplify the structure for quantifying the opening degree of a flow path and the structure for moving a needle valve body. CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve comprises a valve housing(12) and a needle valve body(17). A screw hole(13d) is formed in the valve housing and is screwed on a screw unit(17b) of the needle valve body. The valve housing comprises an operating member(21). The operating member is integrally rotated with the needle valve body and comprises a holding unit(22) arranged inside the valve housing. The holding unit holds a shaft(17c) extended from the screw unit of the needle valve body.
