PURPOSE: An open and closing device for a covered steam outlet is provided to improve the exterior thereof by covering steam and to prevent safety accidents. CONSTITUTION: An open and closing device for a covered steam outlet comprises a flap gate(200) and an auxiliary gate(300). The flap gate is installed at one end of a discharge pipeline structure(100) in order to open and close a discharging part(Q). The flap gate is hinge-coupled in an upper structure(110) of the discharge pipeline structure.
