The invention relates to a fire-extinguishing means which is an autonomous metal mechanism made of flexible plastic sack 6 hung from the 3 metres and filled with water retained by an automatic valve 16 which, being placed at the bottom of the foregoing mechanism and held by an inflammable rope 24, is vertically directed to the ground and peripherally fixed thereon with the assistance of metal poles (25, 26, 27, 28). When fire is contacting the inflammable rope 24, the valve is freed and the water evacuated from the arcuated nozzles 21 lunching water to all directions for extinguishing the approaching fire. Advantages - purpose: least volume and weight (not exceeding the 3kg, when empty); automatic generation of the required operational energy; easy transport, no human presence is required when operating, low construction-cost, operation at the fire front in all weather conditions; automatic initiation at the proper moment; cost-effective replacement in case of destruction; creation of an impenetrable dam (when in array disposition); potential increase of the water content; efficient night and day operation; reinstallation at new fire fronts. |
