Invention herewith described refers to the automatic hoeing machine with cultivator. The machine is designed for hoeing between plants in a row and cultivation between the rows of crops, regardless of crop species and its stage of development with the unit (2) for hoeing up wide row spacings with rotary blades (57), for narrow row spacings is the unit (118) – the weeding machine with translatory motion and stationary blades (121).It operates by combining the accuracy of two machines (sowing machine-hoeing machine) or (planting machine- hoeing machine). As the position of plants is accurately determined, the hoeing machine uses the exact geometric arrangement (with a minimum tolerance) to hoe up all other rows by following the plants in one row.Automatic hoeing machine is controlled via PLC (11) comprising designed basic programme for hoeing up (101) or (124) and an auxiliary programme for self-piloting (103) and cultivation (102). Their operation is monitored by audio indicator lights (104 ) and (105), and contain the unit (7) for plant homing, machine positioning system (10) in relation to the rows of seedlings, and monitoring the entry and exit of working bodies – blades (57). |
