FIELD: transport, package. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tobacco industry, namely, to packing of tobacco bales into cardboard boxes. Proposed installation comprises bale receiver and mechanism to push the bales out from said receiver. Bales receiver comprises movable bottom made up of press-plate fitted on two vertical screws of worm reduction gear. Bales receiver wall center, opposite the intake opening, has horizontal cutout to receive separation plate secured to two parallel roller chains with drive sprockets. Box receiver comprises carriage driven by lever mechanism cam arranged in horizontal guides. Carriage incorporates bearing supports for rotary angle piece with thrust lever and return spring. One flange of rotary angle piece represents a rake. ^ EFFECT: automated packing of small-size bales into large-size box. ^ 4 dwg |
