FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: cultivated is microorganism, which produces specified protein or is transformed with recombinant vector for transformation of eukaryotic or prokaryotic host organism, containing polynucleotide, encoding said protein, as well as complementary to it polynucleotides, and hybridised with it nucleotide sequences, or expression cassette, which contains, at least, one said polynucleotide operatively bound with, at least, one regulatory nucleotide sequence, protein is isolated from cell culture.
