FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixer designs. Proposed mixer unit comprises vertical mixer with mixing head arranged to revolve about its axis and mixer shaft. Mixer housing accommodates support gear wheel arranged in the gap between two lat rings fixed at posts attached to mixer housing. Said support gear wheel interacts with support gears fitted on posts around said gear wheel. Mixer shaft is located in radial cutout made in support gear wheel, coupled, on one side, with geared motor fitted on the shaft and, on the other side, its runs in bearing fitted on mixer shaft body. Shaft body is mounted on guides fitted on support gear wheel to displace along radial cutout of support gear wheel. Proposed unit incorporates second geared motor driving mixer shaft around support gear wheel axle. Shaft of the second geared motor engages drive gear interacting with support gear wheel. ^ EFFECT: possibility to vary independently mixing head rotation speed and rotation direction, and parametres of its planetary motion. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
