FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure for fabrication of fixing device consists in casting case (1) made out of first relatively rigid moulded plastic and equipped with head (2), base (3) and flange (4) at point of head and base connection and of packing spacer (5) made out of second relatively flexible moulded plastic and secured on flange along its periphery. The distinguished feature of the procedure is like follows: as the first and second kinds of plastic there are chosen plastics compatible by condition of presence of cohesive chemical connection between them at vulcanisation. Case (1) and packing spacer (5) are cast from said compatible plastics in form of a single item consisting of two plastics in raw condition. Compatible plastics producing an item are vulcanised to form cohesive chemical connection between the case and the packing spacer. In the fixing device fabricated by the described procedure packing spacer (5) has skirt (5B) running along periphery in form of a truncated cone. ^ EFFECT: pressure tightness and impermeability of fixing device. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
