FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: first and second layer of coating is applied on pipes by winding. The first layer of coating corresponds to a band out of cloth soaked with two-component anti-corrosion composition. The second layer of coating corresponds to reinforced woven band of hardened coating impregnated with a composition similar to the first layer of coating. Bands of the first and the second layer are impregnated with two-component anti-corrosion composition at the moment of application of layers on the pipe. ^ EFFECT: simplified process of application of coating on pipes due to elimination of manual labour, reduced prime cost owing to saving components of coating, increased service life of anti-corrosion coating and homogeneous composition and thickness of coating. ^ 3 cl, 3 ex
