FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to movable tools used for dismantling car half-shaft axle box nuts. Nut runner comprises body with drive and shaft, head and blade. Nut runner body has clip with shaped opening to receive hollow support to move axially therein. Recesses are made on support end, at the joint with blade, and blade mating part to accommodate meshed drive and driven gears. Driven gear shaped recess houses spring-loaded bolt that moves axially therein and has tapered end terminated in thread. Drive gear shaft passes through hollow support to terminate in capstan. Blade is secured in slot on hollow support end and provided with catcher. Shaft is hollow. Nut runner body is mounted on truck to rotate about nut runner working turn axis and move vertically, or is suspended on spring-loaded balance lever. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
