FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be used for balanced installation of big-size machines. The self-aligning support consists of a base with a spherical recess, of an insertion with a spherical convex low side and of a counter wedge for contacting an installed item. The insertion is a wedge-like and is rigidly fastened to the self-aligning item by means of bolts via s slit in the counter wedge. The counter wedge and insertion are interconnected by means of pins hinged on the insertion and a strap secured on the counter wedge. Free ends of pins pass through orifices in the strap and are fixed in these orifices with nuts. Beneath the base there is arranged a device of a rotation stabilisation in form of a bar trussed with two frames; also, the frames project on ends of the support upward and function as guides for the insertion. ^ EFFECT: control over height of support. ^ 2 dwg |
