FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and can find application in surgery, traumatology, neurosurgery, otorhinolaryngology, dentistry, anesthesiology, oncology, as well as in the patients requiring intensive care. Substance of a method consists in the fact that a pretracheostomy space is sanitised by applying an aperture on an anterior wall of trachea, tracheostomy, inserting a tracheostomy cannula, inflating a tracheostomy cuff, sanitising and draining the trachea below a throat to a level of the tracheostomy cannula through the aperture on the anterior wall of trachea and a neck wound. Through an upper edge of the aperture, on the anterior wall of trachea to a level of throat, a drainage tube with a number of side holes at the end is inserted and fixed to skin. The drainage tube is taken out through the throat, oral pharynx, nasal passage outside and fixed to skin within a wing of nose. And the tube is provided with supplementary side holes matched with the level located below the throat, and to the tracheal aperture. ^ EFFECT: invention allows higher effectiveness of pretracheostomy space sanitation with potential complications eliminated. ^ 2 ex, 1 dwg |
