METHOD OF FLUORESCENCE ANALYSIS

A method of fluorescence analysis comprises dyeing biomaterial using fluorochrome. Previously, a test tape for reflectometer analyses is saturated with fluorochrome and dried in adumbral place at room temperature. In the second stage biomaterial is dropped to fluorochrome test tape and examined under a microscope using method of polarized fluorescence.
