PURPOSE: Payment information, a payment selecting information system, and a method thereof using a terminal and a server are provided to transmit information including at least one among financial information in a control unit of the server to the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A control unit of a server transmits information including at least one among financial information. The control unit store the transmitted information to a database by a intrinsic terminal information. The control unit displays the information to a display unit. The control unit receives information including at least one among the financial information from a control unit of the terminal.
