RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION TAG, METHOD AND MOULD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a radio frequency identification tag is provided to reduce the manufacturing process by comprising an antenna which is electrically connected with a circuit chip. CONSTITUTION: A base unit(110) is formed with an insulating material. A circuit chip(120) bonded to a side of a base unit comprises a pad part for an electrical connection. An antenna unit(130) is formed on a part of a base part, and electrically connected to the pad part. Therefore a manufacturing process is reduced, and a reliability of the connection state between antenna part and circuit chip is improved.
