PURPOSE: A method for producing ultra-reinforced porcelain is provided to obtain ultra-reinforced porcelain with high durability by enhancing addition ratio of aluminum oxide(Al_2O_3). CONSTITUTION: A ultra-reinforced porcelain contains 26-42 weight parts of aluminum oxide(Al_2O_3) particle, 20-40 weight parts of primary clay, 6-20 weight parts of potassium feldspar, 5-14 weight parts of pottery stone, 2-15 weight parts of silica stone, and 0.6-3.2 weight parts of bone ash. A method for manufacturing the ultra-reinforced porcelain comprises: a step of molding the ingredient mixture; a step of baking the molded product at 800-1100°C; a step of coating with oil; and a step of baking at 1270-1350°C.
