The ring has a ring body (1) whose upper part is provided with a rectangular housing, where one end of the housing is opened and two opposite sides of the housing define corresponding guide rails (1a). Two projecting parts (2a) are formed below a set stone (2), where each projecting part has shape corresponding to that of the housing. A pivoting flap (3) is integrated to the ring body, and closes the open end of the housing. The flap pivots towards the center of a rim of the ring to open the housing such that the flap does not pivot when the ring is placed on a finger of a user.
