发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING NANOCOMPOSITE BASED ON AMORPHOUS POWDER OF ALUMINUM ALLOY
摘要 A method for producing nanocomposite based on an amorphous powder of aluminum alloy relates to metal forming. According to the method, grinding the amorphous tape of aluminum alloy is carried out up to the powder state by screw extrusion under the temperature of its embrittlement. Mixing the amorphous powder with matrix material is carried out at respective weight ratio by felting method. Preliminary forming a blank is carried out by uniaxial pressing under the temperature below the crystallization point of amorphous alloy powder, and held within some period of time in a creep mode. Final deformation of the blank to the stage of obtaining nanocomposite and its appropriate forming is carried out by screw extrusion under the temperature of partial crystallization of amorphous powder followed by cold hydraulic pressing. The method enhances plasticity and strength of the material that makes it possible to use it as a structural material in engineering and aerospace industries.
