HCV protease inhibitors in combination with food

Disclosed herein is the use of compounds which are useful for treating a wide variety of diseases or disorders associated with hepatitis C virus ("HCV") by inhibiting HCV protease (ie HCV NS3/NS41 serine protease). The compounds are administered concurrently with the consumption of food, or up to 90 minutes after the consumption of food, or up to 30 minutes before the consumption of food to enhance absorption of the compounds in the gastrointestinal tract and increase the bioavailability of the compounds.
