A method for estimation of treatment efficiency in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy by cardiological shock-wave therapy comprises the determination of outputs fraction during echocardioscopy prior to the beginning and after completion of treatment. After determination of outputs fraction the visual record of echocardioscopic image in six ultrasound positions is performed. The analysis of videorecord is performed by the technology for myocardial deformation analysis. At increasing of amplitude and peak rate of myocardial segment reducing subjected to treatment and increasing of segmental reduction fraction is said segments the treatment is considered as effective.
