PURPOSE: A device for capturing cephalopoda is provided to increase the haul of webfoot octopuses by preventing the webfoot octopuses from escaping from an attracting inlet. CONSTITUTION: An attracting inlet is hinge-opened and closed by combing a pair of outer parts(20) including a concave groove(21) with a hinge combination member(30). A space is formed by overlapping the pair of outer parts so that the concave grooves of the outer grooves face each other. A plurality of concavo-convex parts(22) with a stripe shape are formed on the outer parts.
