PURPOSE: A system and a method for estimating web site is provided to suggest change and direction of web site construction technology by evaluating excellent web sites through award contests based on an evaluation service operator server. CONSTITUTION: A registration application unit(12) receives detailed information about individual websites, and register the detailed information. An evaluation committee selecting unit(13) receives member registration applications from many and unspecified user servers. The evaluation committee selecting unit separates a specialized evaluation committee server from a general evaluation committee server. |
