PURPOSE: An apparatus for injecting a beam on user's staring point and an operation method thereof are provided to utilize the beam, scanning user's staring points, as input signals for devices being controlled. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for injecting a beam on user's staring point comprises a staring point detecting part(100), a beam scanning part(200), and a beam reacting part(300). The staring point detecting part analyzes the movement of user's pupils and senses the user's staring point. The beam scanning parts injects beam on the detected user's staring point. The beam reacting part is arranged in front of a device being controlled so that the injected beam easily arrives from the beam scanning part.
