PURPOSE: A plug cover is provided to prevent connection with a plug and a socket by installing a plug in a plug cover, thereby not allowing electronic and electric product which is connected to a plug to be used. CONSTITUTION: A plug cover comprises as follows. A cover body(20) covers a plug pin to block or permit a plug pin of a plug to be inserted in a pin insertion hole of a socket. A blocking device is prepared to enable a cover body to lock or cancels the lock of covering the plug pin.
