The chair lift has a frame (1) provided with drive wheels (4) and steering wheels (5), where the drive wheels are associated with a hydraulic motor (12). A mobile frame (3) is connected and hinged to the frame through four rods (2) and a hydraulic cylinder (9). The frame has square wing shaped plates (7) ended with vertical parts (8) and receiving a manual wheelchair. The vertical parts serve as stops. The chair assembly is moved by an electro hydraulic group (6) in the frame and controlled via a manipulator (11) to raise/lower the mobile frame (3) and to move the assembly forward/backward.
