PURPOSE: A tempering device is provided to efficiently release heat flowed in to a cooling system through a heat pump. CONSTITUTION: A tempering device(1) comprises at least one cooler(4,5) and heat pump(20). A fuel cell is tempered by a cooling agent. The heat pump comprises a first heating device(21) for heating cooling agent. The first heating device is placed in a first coolant part passage(41). The first coolant part passage is placed back of the fuel cell. |
