PURPOSE: A sludge coagulation concentrate-dehydration apparatus is provided to use one power source for coagulating and concentrating sludge, by the rotational movement of a stirrer inside a coagulation tank. CONSTITUTION: A sludge coagulation concentrate-dehydration apparatus comprises the following: a coagulation tank(100) including an inlet for waste water and a coagulant; a stirrer(140) stirring the waste water and the coagulant flowed into the coagulation tank; and a filtrate discharger(300) capable of opening and closing, installed on a wall of the coagulation tank for forming a discharging pathway for filtrate from the coagulation tank.
