PURPOSE: A welding device is provided to measure the brightness of a light in welding and to measure the quality of welding using the amount of the light. CONSTITUTION: A welding device comprises a welding torch(10), a camera(20) and a controller. Controller is composed of an image processing unit, a route correcting unit and a movement control unit. The image processing unit recognizes the positions of a welding wire and a central line through an image signal, which is received from a camera. The route correcting unit receives the signal of the image processing unit, recognizes the dislocated level of the welding wire and the central line and calculates a route, through which the welding torch should move. The movement control unit transfers a signal to the driving unit of the welding torch through the signal, which is supplied from the route correcting unit.
