Disclosed is an oral unit dose form suitable for three-times-per-day administration to a subject in need of ibuprofen treatment, comprising ibuprofen and famotidine in a weight ratio in the range 29:1 to 31:1, and also comprising a barrier layer disposed between the famotidine and the ibuprofen wherein the ibuprofen and the famotidine are formulated for immediate release.
