PURPOSE: An optical pickup device is provided to reduce a spot size by increasing magnification and control defocus amount by using coupling lens. CONSTITUTION: An optical pickup device includes a light-transmitting system(200), a light-receiving system(300), and an optical transmission system(100). The light-transmitting system includes a plurality of light sources corresponding to a plurality of medium. The light-receiving system includes an optical detector. The optical transmission system converts a light reflected from plurality of medium into an electoral signal. The light-transmission system and the light-receiving system share the light optical transmission system. The light optical transmission system progress the light from the light-transmission system to a media and progress the light reflected from the media to the light-receiving system. The optical transmission system has a location variable collimating lens. A location of the location variable collimating lens changes by corresponding to a plurality of media and a first beam splitter corresponding to the light-transmitting system and light-receiving system.
