PURPOSE: A rotatable umbrella is provided to facilitate discrimination at night and in the daytime and play music while rotating a support bar connected to a handle. CONSTITUTION: The lower side of a support bar(200) is rotatably connected to a handle(100). A driving unit(600) is connected to the lower side of the support bar inside the handle. Umbrella ribs are covered with waterproof cloth. A ferrule is combined with the upper side of the support bar.
