PURPOSE: A far-infrared electric heater is provided to prevent problems caused by electromagnetic wave because the far-infrared surface heating element contains a ceramic material capable of blocking and absorbing far-infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: A far-infrared electric heater comprises a base(110), a fixing unit(120), and a far-infrared surface heating element(130). The fixing unit is installed on the base. The far-infrared surface heating element comprises a substrate, a far-infrared heating layer which is coated on the front side of the substrate, a heating wire which is installed in the rear side of the substrate, a fixing member which is attached to the rear side of the substrate in order to fix the heating wire, and an insulating material which is attached to the fixing member. The far-infrared surface heating element is made of a ceramic material capable of blocking and absorbing far-infrared ray and coupled to the rear side of the substrate in which the insulating material is attached. |
