PURPOSE: A drainage type water-proofing method and a device of a steel pipe loop structure for constructing a un-excavation underground structure are provided to improve the application property, profitability and a water-proofing function by discharging water leakage to outside. CONSTITUTION: A drainage type water-proofing method is composed like next. The soil of the inner side is dug out and removed by using steel pipe loop structure(100) as a support material. The base of a lower joint part(27) of the inner side of the steel pipe loop structure is arranged. An open type guidance drainpipe(35) is fixed on the base of the steel pipe loop structure.
