Method for determination of suitability of donor kidney for transplantation includes extraction of donor kidney, its macroscopic investigation and determination of moprphological changes. Additionally one performs nephro-biopsy and determines through microscopy morphological changes in channels, vessels, glomerules and stroma, at that at presence of indications of pre-existing diseases kidney is considered as not suitable for transplantation, and at absence or small changes kidney is considered as suitable for transplantation. |
