The valve (SAERE) has a shift tower (SOC) including an annular projection (PAN) inside which a ball thrust bearing (BAB1) is housed, and a casing (CAR) covering a rotary shutter (OBT) and supported by another ball thrust bearing (BAB2). The rotary shutter is placed between the thrust bearings and directly controlled by rotational movements of a planetary gearset. A control unit (CMD) controls a single shaft of the gearset that regulates opening and closing moments of a slot (LUM) and a passage section.
