PURPOSE: A portable blood-flow microscope is provided to accurately measure blood-flow by uniformly distributing light around a lens part based on a lens through part and a light emitting diode array. CONSTITUTION: A portable blood-flow microscope includes a lens part, a camera part(200), a magnifying power adjusting part(300), a connector(400), a light emitting diode module(500), and a controlling module(700). The lens part is composed of an object lens(110) and an ocular lens(120). The magnifying power adjusting part is composed of an external adjusting lever(310) and a lens unit. The ocular lens is moved to the object lens direction or the opposite direction of the object lens direction according to the rotation of the adjusting lever.
