TRAINING DEVICE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF FLEXIBILITY OF JOINTS AND PERFORMANCE OF PLASTIC CAOUTCHOUC AND CLAW-MAN SKETCHES

A training device contains the round turning platform with the seat installed via the ball-bearing onto the fixed base. The device is equipped with the appliance for training the hip joints designed as two horizontal leg supports mounted movably onto the shaft of the platform and capable of being opened one relative to another at the angle of 360°. The hinges provide for their lifting. The mechanism for controlling the turning platform comprises the housing attached rigidly to one of the leg supports, the stop rod and the handle located at the end of the bar located inside the groove in the housing allowing for the movements driven by such appliances as the loaded spring and locking platform mounted onto the fixed base and designed as the disk with the notches matching the size of the stop rod. For simplifying the whole construction, the fixed base is designed as multiradiate support with the horizontal spreaders. The support stand contains double handle in the shape of the flat wheel.
