SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VIDEO RESPONSE SERVICE

PURPOSE: A system for video response service and a method thereof are provide to offer a video response service using a video response system and a voice response system. CONSTITUTION: A voice response unit(200) offers a voice service to a terminal. A video response unit(100) offers the screen service corresponding to the user input to the terminal. A video response system requests a voice service corresponding to the video service to the terminal. The voice response and the video response are synchronized. The voice response part comprises a call control unit and a scenario process unit.
