<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which improves volume occupancy of a capacitor element, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor 100 includes: a capacitor element 110 having positive polarity inside; a positive electrode wire 111 with one end inserted into the capacitor element 110; a negative electrode extraction layer 120 arranged on one side of an outer surface of the capacitor element 110; terminal reinforcing members 150 joined to both side parts of a lower surface of the capacitor element 110; a liquid-phase epoxy resin (EMC) 160 filled between the terminal reinforcing members and sealing the lower surface of the capacitor element 110; a mold part 130 which covers an outer circumference surface of the capacitor element 110 and is arranged to expose a projected end part of the positive electrode wire 111, an end part of the negative electrode extraction layer 120, and a lower surface of the terminal reinforcing member 150; and a positive electrode terminal 141 and negative electrode terminal 142 formed of a plated layer and arranged on both side parts of the mold part 130 and lower surfaces of the terminal reinforcing members 150. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
