<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die with which the stable press working of a material to be worked is possible even when using the die continuously. <P>SOLUTION: The die 100 includes: a lower die holder 11 on which mounting holes 12 are provided; an upper die holder 21 on which a through holes 22 are provided; posts 30 with which the upper die holder 21 is connected to the lower die holder 11 ascendably and descendably by inserting one end into the mounting holes 12 and the other end into the through holes 22 slidably; annular bushings 40 which are provided freely slidably to the posts 30 mounted into the through holes 22 and a die 14 or a punch 24 which is provided on the lower die holder 11 or the upper die holder 21 respectively. An interposing member 50 is provided at least on either between the inner peripheral surface 23 of the through hole 22 and the bushing 40 or between the inner peripheral surface 13 of the mounting hole 12 and the post 30 and also the thermal conductivityλ<SB>1</SB>of the interposing member 50 is lower than the thermal conductivityλ<SB>2</SB>of the upper die holder 21 or the lower die holder 11 on which the interposing member 50 is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
