PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an error of position display, even when positioning from the outside is difficult. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with: a GPS receiver 19 for acquiring present position information; a voice analysis part 17 for acquiring and analyzing a voice; and a control part 24 for correcting a facility as a present position, when a voice analyzed by the voice analysis part 17 is a characteristic voice related to a present position shown by present position information acquired by the GPS receiver 19, or to a facility in the periphery of the present position, and when the present position information by the GPS receiver 19 when acquiring the characteristic voice is not the facility related to the characteristic voice.
