PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive polymer solution which obtains an electrically conductive coating film having high solvent resistance and abrasion resistance and furthermore can be applied to a base material constituted of a resin having a low glass transition temperature. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive polymer solution contains aπ-conjugated electrically conductive polymer, a polyanion, an acrylic binder, and an organic solvent, and the acrylic binder has an acrylic monomer unit having an epoxy group and an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer unit with a content of the acrylic monomer unit having an epoxy group of 25-75 mass%.
