PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring device capable of reducing the sheer force compared to a conventional device. SOLUTION: The stirring device arranged in a cell culture vessel and carrying out the stirring by a stirring blade has sheer force-reducing protrusion parts having flexibility and attached to the edge side of the stirring blade at a prescribed interval so as to be parallel, and the sheer force caused by the rotation of the stirring blade is reduced by the sheer force-reducing protrusion parts bent by the rotation of the stirring blade.
