LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to place a long axis plane of a driving IC(Integrated Circuit) to be perpendicular to a long axis plane of a liquid crystal panel. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel(100) includes plural gate lines and data lines. In addition, the liquid panel has an active region and a non-display region enclosing the active region. A printed circuit board(110) includes driving circuits which provide the power for driving the gate and data lines and a control signal. The driving IC package(120) is attached to a portion between the non-display region of the liquid crystal and a printed circuit board. The liquid crystal display device includes a data driver IC which provides a data driving signal through the data line.
