<p>Provided is a radiographic image detection device which, in addition to being capable of being charged at a high speed by a large current in a case where only charging is performed or a case where an image is captured while the device is connected near an external power supply and is being charged, is easy to handle when capturing images, and does not suffer from image quality deterioration. The radiographic image detection device is a cassette-type radiographic image detection device (2) that can be driven by power supplied from a built-in battery (28), and includes: a detection device side connector (26) electrically connectable to a power feeder cable (52) or an output connector (42) of a cradle (4) and configured to receive power from the outside; two types of charging paths formed to guide a charging current from the detection device side connector (26) to the battery (28); a power-feeding-means determination means for determining which out of the cradle (4) and the power feeder cable (52) is connected to the detection device side connector (26); and a charging-path switching means for switching the charging paths on the basis of a result of the determination.</p> |
