PURPOSE: A transparent conductivity laminate body for a semiconductor and a method for increasing color uniformity thereof are provided to get over with phenomena of yellow color tone and low color uniformity. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductivity laminate body for a semiconductor includes a base(1), a first refraction film(2), a second refraction film(3), and a transparent conductivity(4). The base has a first and a second surface on opposite side of each other. The first refraction film is formed on a first surface(11) of a base. The second refraction film is formed on the first refraction film and has lower refraction than the first refraction film. The transparent conductivity is formed on the second refraction film and has a pattern formed by etching area(42) and non-etching area(41).
