PURPOSE: An environment-friendly humidifier is provided to prevent bacteria from propagating and to easily control a sprayed amount of moisture. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly humidifier performs humidification using a foldable frame(1) in a natural evaporation way. The foldable frame uses a rotary frame, and a towel or cloth is laid on the foldable frame. The environment-friendly humidifier comprises a water supply vessel. The moisture is provided from the water supply vessel to the towel or the cloth. The flow rate of the water, which is provided from the water supply vessel to the towel or the cloth, is controlled using a valve.
