PURPOSE: A device for opening/closing a plastic bag is provided to insert a plastic bag between two plates using plates to which magnets are attached respectively, thereby easily opening/closing a plastic bag by a magnetic force. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening/closing a plastic bag comprises a magnet and two fixed plates. Magnets are attached to two plates. The two plates can be folded. An outer part of an opened plastic bag is inserted between the two plates.
