DEHUMIDIFIER AND OPERATION CONTROL METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier and an operation control method of the same capable of properly adjusting the temperature so that the surface temperature of a dehumidifying rotor becomes within a certain range without depending on a power source frequency.

SOLUTION: The dehumidifier includes: a casing 21; a dehumidifying rotor 51 which is arranged rotatably; a driving means 59 which rotates and drives the dehumidifying rotor in a normal rotation; the first fan which attracts the surrounding air and exhausts the dry air dehumidified by the dehumidifying rotor to the surroundings; the second fan which circulates the regenerated air; a heating heater which heats the regenerated air and the dehumidifying rotor; a heat exchanger 81 which condenses the regenerated air flowing inside by cooling it with the air passing outside; a tank 15 which stores the dew condensate water obtained from the heat exchanger; a temperature detection means which directly or indirectly detects the surface temperature of the dehumidifying rotor; and a control means which adjusts the change of the surface temperature of the dehumidifying rotor 51 to be within a certain range by adjusting the rotation speed of the dehumidifying rotor by drive-controlling the driving means based on the detected temperature.
